AccountMade turns your approved sources into one governed claim library — the single source of truth behind every answer you give a buyer. Start by generating the next outbound email, deck, one-pager, brief, or proposal safely. Each factual statement stays tied to approved evidence, and export stays blocked until unsupported or restricted claims are resolved.

The fastest day-one job is a real outbound send: add the buyer account, choose the email, deck, or one-pager you need next, and review its citations and honest gaps. The workflow below sets up the library everything draws from.

The order that works

Set the brand kit. Colors, type, and voice become fixed constraints the generator can't override. See Brand, Blocks, and Sources.
Add and approve sources, then build the claim library. Sources ground your claims; claims are what a deck is allowed to say. See Create Decks.
Generate for the account. Give AccountMade the buyer, stage, concerns, and next meeting and it authors an account-specific email, deck, or document from the same approved claims.
Resolve the claim check. A reviewer approves anything flagged as needs-review or unsupported. See Review and Approve.
Share or export. Once the governance gate clears, send a tracked buyer link or export a brand-true PPTX/PDF. See Share and Export.

What to have ready

Brand materials — logo, palette, type, and any approved layouts — so the workspace starts with the constraints the generator is locked to.
Approved source material for any claim that must be precise and easy for a reviewer to trace.
A specific account — the buyer, their stage and concerns, and the meeting the deck is for.

Inbound governance

When a security questionnaire or RFP arrives, use Answer a Questionnaire. Inbound work usually needs policy-depth security, legal, and compliance sources beyond a public website; AccountMade shows those evidence gaps instead of guessing.

Finding your way around

The left rail has two groups. The top group is your daily work — Home, Accounts, Claims, Deliverables, and (when review is routed) the Reviewer queue and Shared Links. Below it, the Workspace group holds Brand kit, Assets, Team, and Settings.

Home is where you land. Accounts is the browsable list of buyers you generate for — generation is a verb you do from an account. Claims is the single surface holding every source, claim, and claim pack. Deliverables holds the decks and documents you've generated.
