Create Buyer Work

Prepare the artifact the next buyer decision needs. Documents, Slides, Spreadsheets, and Pages support direct editing; templates and the Assistant can help you start. Reusable company claims and bespoke deal-specific work can coexist.

1. Gather relevant evidence

Identify the company material that supports the buyer's questions. In Claim Pack, inspect the source and excerpt attached to a claim. When evidence changes, review and replace it deliberately; do not assume that an external source edit has already updated the claim or its downstream artifacts.

2. Maintain reusable claims

Use Claim Pack to create or revise reusable company wording. Check:

  • Evidence — whether the attached source and excerpt support the exact wording.
  • Ownership and state — who maintains the claim and whether it needs attention.
  • Version and usage — which wording is current and where linked work uses it.

Keep the wording precise enough to reuse, and review its fit for each buyer. Local artifact edits do not automatically become company claims.

3. Establish the buyer context

Organize the work in a Project and check its Account and Opportunity context. Templates → Use template lets you choose an Account and an Opportunity where relevant when creating a Project. You can also begin with blank work from Home and add context deliberately.

4. Create and tailor the artifact

Create a Document, Slides, Spreadsheet, or Page from Home, or open the artifacts created by a template. Edit the buyer's problem, proof, proposal, and next step directly. Where claims are linked, inspect their evidence and versions alongside your own wording.

You can ask the Assistant for a focused draft or change using the Project's context. AI work depends on the configured model/provider; review proposed changes and check the saved result before relying on them. If an action fails or is unavailable, keep working in the manual editor. Find saved work in Artifacts or its Project.
