Claim Library & Claim Packs
The Claim Library is where most users start and return. It holds every approved source and claim in one place, each carrying its provenance, risk level, and allowed context — so the account-specific decks you generate can only draw on material your team has approved.
Claim Library state
Use the Claim Library to stay grounded
- Search by claim text or source when you are looking for a specific piece of approved evidence.
- Filter by approval state — approved, needs review, unsupported, or expiring — to see what's safe to send and what a reviewer still owes.
- Read the risk level and allowed context on each claim to know which buyers, stages, and industries it may appear in front of.
Approve sources and curate claims
A governed claim comes together in a few steps:
- Approve the source so its excerpts are eligible to ground claims.
- Promote an excerpt into a claim, setting the assertion text, category, and the source it traces back to.
- Set risk and allowed context — risk level plus the audiences, buyer stages, and industries the claim is cleared for.
- Route for review when a claim is a candidate or unsupported; a reviewer approves it in the queue before it can ship.
Claim packs
Group related approved claims into a claim pack so generation can pull a coherent, pre-approved set for a given product or motion (for example, an enterprise security pack). When you generate for an account, you choose the claim pack — or the whole approved library — that the deck may draw from.
What happens next
With sources approved and the claim library curated, add an account and generate an account-specific deck. The claim check runs against the claims your deck used; resolve anything it flags in the reviewer queue, then export once the governance gate clears.
