Review and Approve

Nothing reaches a buyer until a reviewer has signed off. The reviewer queue is how governed workspaces keep every claim accurate, owned, and current.

The reviewer queue

The Reviewer queue collects every claim in a needs-review or unsupported state. For each, a reviewer sees the claim in context — the slide it appears on, the source it traces to, and its risk level — and either:

• Approves it, so it can ground a buyer-ready deck, or
• Rejects it, sending it back to be reworked or dropped.

The queue appears in the left rail when review is routed to your workspace or whenever claims are actually pending. A solo workspace with nothing to review won't see it — the route still exists, it just isn't surfaced until there's work.

The export gate is fail-closed

Sharing and exporting are fail-closed: while any buyer-facing claim is unsupported or unresolved, the deck cannot leave the workspace. This is deliberate. It means a deck a buyer receives has cleared review — the accuracy guarantee is enforced by the system, not by someone remembering to check.

To clear the gate: resolve every unsupported claim (edit it, back it with approved source material, or remove it) and have a reviewer approve anything flagged.

Who reviews

Review is routed at the deck level, not assigned as a per-person permission. A deck that needs sign-off lands in the Reviewer queue tagged with the kind of review it needs, and a teammate approves or rejects it there.
