Share and Export

Once a deck's claims clear review, accountmade gives you a few ways to deliver it depending on the audience and the moment. Sharing and export are fail-closed: they stay blocked while a claim is unresolved.

The export gate is fail-closed

Buyer-ready export and share-link creation are gated on the claim check, not advised by it:

  • A deck is blocked from buyer-ready export while any unsupported or restricted claim is unresolved. Resolve it in the reviewer queue first.
  • Claims that reference forbidden or archived sources can never be exported — there is no override for them.
  • A high-risk unsupported claim blocks export unless a reviewer issues an explicit override. The override is logged and surfaced in the workspace audit trail.
  • On a team workspace, creating a share link is blocked server-side when the deck has open locked-token violations (HTTP 409). An admin can override, and that override is logged as "shared anyway by X."

In short: the gate stays blocked until claims resolve, and any escape hatch is admin-only and recorded — never a silent bypass.

Share a deck with recipients

Once the deck clears the gate, use a share link when someone needs to view it without joining the workspace. This is a good fit for buyers, executives, and reviewers who only need the presentation itself.

What recipients can do from the shared deck experience:

  • move through slides at their own pace
  • switch into presentation mode
  • download supported file formats when those actions are available for the deck

Present live

Use presentation mode when you are walking an audience through the deck yourself. It keeps the focus on the slide content and removes most of the workspace chrome.

Export when the deck needs to travel

When the claim check is clear, export so a recipient can review offline, forward internally, or work in another tool:

  • .pptx — the brand-true, claim-governed first-class artifact
  • .pdf — a one-click print copy for easy review, attachment, or archival

Before you send

  1. Open the claim check and confirm every claim is approved — no needs-review or unsupported items remain.
  2. Resolve anything flagged in the reviewer queue (a reviewer approves, edits, or removes it).
  3. Confirm the audience and story still match the intended use.
  4. Share the buyer link or export the deck — the gate will only let you proceed once claims clear.
