Members and Billing

Workspace administration splits cleanly between people (who has access and what they can do) and plan (returned-file usage and billing state).

Members and roles

Invite collaborators from Team. When you invite someone you pick their role — Member or Admin:

  • Owner — the workspace creator. Full control, including billing and transferring ownership.
  • Admin — manages the workspace, members, and settings.
  • Member — creates and edits deliverables: documents, questionnaire answers, and decks.

Review is not a membership role. A deliverable that needs sign-off is routed to the Reviewer queue by the kind of review it needs, where a teammate approves or rejects it.

Plan and usage

Billing is based on buyer files returned, not seats, documents created, or individual answers. A file of up to 400 rows is one billable file; each additional block of up to 400 rows counts as another. Drafting, correcting, and re-issuing an existing returned file do not create another billable unit.

Your first returned file is free and does not require a card. After that, choose annual prepay or a separate month-to-month schedule:

  • Starter is $9,600 per year with 24 returned files, or $800 month to month with 2. Additional files are $400 each, up to 72 per year or 6 per month.
  • Core is $28,800 per year with 120 returned files, or $2,400 month to month with 10. Additional files are $240 each.
  • Committed volume starts at $180 per file with a minimum commitment of 200 files per year.
  • Enterprise packages are arranged with the AccountMade team for API, contractual-retention, and named-contact requirements.

Manage the plan and returned-file usage under Settings → Billing. Your cap starts at the included allowance, so the next return stops instead of creating a surprise charge. A workspace owner may raise the cap after seeing the unit price and maximum exposure; each overage charge is reviewed by an operator before submission. If another self-serve schedule would be cheaper, the charge is blocked for a plan change or credit review. A separate monthly AI-cost safety stop protects against a runaway or compromised account; it is a circuit breaker, not a usage allowance or customer charge.
