Members and Billing
Workspace administration is split cleanly between people and plan state. That makes it easier to know where to go when the question is about access, ownership, seats, or usage.
Team members
Manage who has access
- Invite collaborators when claim curation, generation, and review should be shared.
- Use roles to distinguish owners from members, and assign the reviewer roles (security & privacy, legal & compliance, implementation) that route claims to the right approver in the reviewer queue.
- Transfer ownership deliberately when responsibility for the workspace changes.

Billing
The workspace is the billing unit, not the seat: a flat base buys a governed workspace, and seats plus deck volume expand it. Reach this from Billing in the app sidebar (/app/billing).
Keep an eye on the plan
- what plan is the workspace on?
- how many seats are active?
- when does it renew?
- how much deck volume has been used this month?
When to visit this section
- when a new teammate needs access
- when the workspace is growing and seat planning matters
- when you want to review current usage before a busy period
- when ownership or billing responsibility is changing
