Workspace administration separates people from the workspace plan.

Members and roles

Invite collaborators from People & roles. Every active Owner, Admin, or Member currently occupies a creator-capable seat:

• Owner — full workspace and billing control.
• Admin — manages the workspace, members, and settings.
• Member — creates and edits sales work.

External recipients do not need a workspace seat.

Plan and usage

Billing combines a workspace base, active creator terms, and an included AI allowance. Viewers and external recipients are unlimited. Manual editing, review, correction, and sharing never consume AI allowance.

• Starter begins at $9,600 per year or $800 month to month.
• Core begins at $28,800 per year or $2,400 month to month.
• Enterprise uses contracted workspace, creator, AI, support, and procurement terms.

Active creator and AI terms are confirmed before activation. Additional AI usage is reviewed transparently with the workspace.

Manage the plan under Settings → Billing. The page shows active creators and current AI activity. A separate monthly AI-cost safety stop protects against a runaway or compromised account; it is a circuit breaker, not a customer charge.
