Enterprise features in 16 technical software pricing records

Support or SLA language appeared in 12 of 16 records, while audit-log language appeared in four. Twelve records contained a numeric price, but enterprise controls were often attached to a custom tier or separate usage charge.

Sample and method

The sample contains 14 active developer-tool records from the July corpus after excluding the historical Stainless record, plus Cribl and Qdrant as adjacent infrastructure comparisons. The resulting 16-company set is purposive. It is designed to inspect packaging patterns, not estimate market frequency.

A feature is counted only when the full pricing-model, gap, or first-party source evidence names it. Twelve of 16 records contained a numeric public price. An absent code means the reviewed record did not establish the feature's packaging; it does not prove the product lacks the feature.

Current examples show different boundaries

Clerk currently publishes $20-per-month Pro and $250-per-month Business starting prices when billed annually. Business adds a SOC 2 report, priority support, and 30-day logs; Enterprise adds a 99.99% SLA, workspace SSO, custom log retention, log sinks, and migration support under custom annual pricing.

WorkOS publishes pay-as-you-go and annual-credit paths. Its current calculator shows AuthKit free through one million active users and volume-priced SSO and Directory Sync connections. Cribl publishes capacity and support boundaries—1TB/day Free, 5TB/day Standard, unlimited Enterprise—while directing buyers to sales for the commercial total.

Build an enterprise feature matrix

  • Write the required control and its measurable scope: log retention days, SSO connection count, SLA percentage, response time, or deployment boundary.
  • Separate a feature's availability from its price. A checkmark on a custom tier does not supply the incremental cost.
  • Ask which terms apply across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Record the page and check date. Packaging changes faster than core technical documentation.

Limits

This is a coded record review, not a product-capability test. It does not compare feature quality, contract enforceability, security outcomes, or negotiated discounts.
