How a buyer can evaluate the product
The Basic plan provides a no-cost Slack or Microsoft Teams incident response path with single-team on-call, a status page and essential automation. Public docs explain the operating workflow before a buyer adds advanced controls.
Production evaluation should cover on-call schedules and escalation, incident permissions, workflow automation, status audiences, integrations, timeline accuracy, postmortem ownership, analytics definitions and migration from existing paging tools.
The July corpus capture recorded public per-user Team and Pro pricing, optional On-call pricing and a custom Enterprise offer. On 8 September the live pricing page remained the governing source; buyers should confirm current annual discounts, bundles and enterprise terms.

What to apply
A useful demo should show the same incident object changing through the full lifecycle, including a failed notification or missing owner. That reveals handoffs and operating responsibility more clearly than a tour of isolated screens.
Method and limits
We reviewed the listed first-party pages on 2026-09-08 and compared them with the July 2026 research record. We assessed what a technical buyer can verify before contacting sales; we did not test the product or validate vendor-reported customer outcomes.
- We did not run a live paging or incident exercise.
- Customer migration stories are vendor-published and do not predict another team's outcome.
- Current enterprise prices, minimums and SLA remedies were not public.
