Sales one-pager examples for technical products

A one-pager gives a recipient the facts needed to forward an evaluation request accurately. It should state the customer job, product boundary, proof links, and next action on one printable page.

Choose the recipient before the layout

Give the document a descriptive title such as ‘Exception traceability for accounting operations’ rather than a product slogan. Show the customer’s job, the product boundary, proof links, and an explicit unknown. A reader should not have to infer whether the product stores data, calls an API, or changes a system of record.

The facts may overlap; the reading order should not.
